Our aussie Lowen had something like that happen where he couldn't blink and no facial movement, it was so long ago not sure what the vet called it but with in 2-3 weeks he was back to normal. But he could open and close his mouth just couldn't blink or move is whiskers.

I hope you find out what is going on or better it just goes away.

She seems better today, is able to pick up sticks which she couldn’t before. We will see monday if it is better.

Just a side note. The vets office gave her laser treatments to her face. She did really well. They did 6 treatments. One of the treatments I smelled burnt hair. They stopped and changed the head of the wand...so the following week I noticed a patch of yuck on her face where they did the laser. I took her in to the vet and it was awful ugly, infected gross. He cut the hair off and gave me antibiotic spray to use. He said it was a hot spot. I told him about the burning smell but he said he didn’t see anything that would look like a burn. Well she healed up fine but she has the size of a golf ball on her face that is hairless. My poor girl...
