Hi everyone,
So glad I found this site, I was a member a long time ago but lost all the details when my computer crashed.
Anyway, about myself and my Newfs. I live in Victoria, Australia and own 5 Newfs -
Myra (Black with white feet) 7.5 years old
Cowan (All Black) - 4.5 years (Myra's son)
Spice (Black with white chest) - 3.5 years
Lukas (Brown) - 8 months (Spice's son)
Jayd (all Black) - Lukas' litter sister

Myra, Cowan and Spice are all Show Champions. Lukas and Jayd are just starting out in the showring.

I have enjoyed reading the posts made over the last few months, and hope to contribute to the conversations. :)

Hi Megan, glad to see you on here! You helped me out with my girl Rory and a copy of her pedigree a couple of years back.
That was much appreciated. She is doing really well, after a few medical hicups along the way.

I hope your brood is well...didn't you breed some greys a little while back? Everyone loves hearing about greys here.

Yes, I remember you and Rory! Great to catch up.
We did breed some greys a year and a half ago now, an accidental mating that we never would have done but the two Newfs had other ideas. :eek: We knew we would get Grey as one of the common ancestors produced Grey (Rory's ancestor too - Greedy Smith) we had a litter of 5, and two were grey. We often get photo's of the male, Benson and he is really lovely, and even has a dark brown eye, which is not all that common in greys we have been told.

Sorry to hear of the medical problems with Rory, I hope they are all sorted now. If you need some advice, or someone to chat to about her medical stuff, you can feel free to ask me.
