Have we any Vancouver members out there that can help me. This is what my niece just sent me and she wants this puppy.http://www.petfinder.com/petdetail/15903966. I e-mailed her not to touch this puppy or any other puppies that are coming from Taiwan. I asked her why she thought these people would have to use Canadian rescues for their dogs. I then read how this puppy is supposedly the only one that survived. I told her I know of horror stories of people paying money and not getting dogs or getting very sick dogs. Apparently this rescue is doing a home visit.
Please does anyone have a name of a reputable rescue in the Vancouver area?
