Really Right Stuff Flash Bracket (Portrait)
Really Right Stuff Ball Head

Camera off the tripod is about 7 pounds as shown. My arm hurts just looking at it! Luckily the battery pack can go on my belt or over my shoulder.

This is the rig I'll be using to shoot a wedding with in a few weeks.

Well...I guess I could say mine's longer (in focal length) but then we would be comparing apples to oranges.

"UNCLE!!!" Ya got me. I spent my 600mm f/4 money on a leather Barco Lounger for one of my Newfs...seriously...he wouldn't stay out of my chair so...I can't one up ya now. Rats.

Nice set up. Will you be shooting the wedding photo journalist style? Would love to see some shots.

Thanks. This wedding will not be quite traditional. For example there will be no dancing and no band or DJ, but there will be a piano player.

Aside from some formal portaits, yes, it will be mostly PJ style.

If the bride will allow it I'll post a shot or two - you bet!
