MIL's Cat at the bridge - Buttercup

Mom-in-Laws cat went to the bridge today. Her sister called and said she was full of fluid and she couldn't breath properly, and that the Vet could not do anything for her. So since she would not have any quality of life and was in respiratory distress she went to sleepy-land.

While I did not like this cat as she would go after my Poms, I am not personally upset at the passing, but I am upset that my MIL is, as the cat meant a lot to her. So in that vein I am sorry to see her passing.

Awww. My deepest sympathy to your MIL on the loss of her furry companion. I have a soft spot for all kitties....even slightly devilish ones who chase small dogs.

Strength to your mother in law, and hugs. What a lovely name..she bestowed upon her kitty, for all the times they shared. ina n HB

Sounds like congestive heart failure. Our Caesar had that, several years ago, and we spent a small fortune to save him.

Sending prayers and keeping your MIL in our thoughts.
