The munchkin is not happy as he doesnt want to eat again today so l cooked his food, liquidised it and am syringe feeding him so much every few hours in the hope it makes him feel better.

Added some maple syrup to the mix as l know he loves sweeter stuff.
Also decided to stop his chem drugs for a bit in case its them making him feel bad but will give him the painkillers only.

Well he is still being a pig with eating,once l get him started l can get him to eat a small meal but today l am starting to get concerned.

He has been off his western chemotherapy treatment for 5 days now so l know between the chlorambucil and Metacam he may be withdrawing slightly.l am keeping him on painkillers.

However he wouldn't eat this morning and when l got home from work he was laying out in the rain .l don't know if its his cancer or the heat as its hot and humid here .

One good point is he is drinking lots so l don't have to worry about him getting dehydrated.l bought some chicken fillets which l have poached for him and some cheap cans of dog food which l am blending into a baby puree and have syringe fed him one can.

He doesn't fight the syringe feeding so l know he is hungry ,will perservere for a few more days like this and Tuesday am taking him out to a lake to see if the change in scenery helps him.maybe he is too hot,and depressed.
