Thought I would post one last crazy customer story. A lady brought in a labradoodle today for grooming. This is the 2nd groom. The last groom the dog was matted and I educated her on combing. I asked her if she had kept her dog combed. She said yes and that the dog was not matted at all. She went on to say she didn't purchase a comb or brush, she was just using her fingers to comb the dog. :tequila: The dog's coat was about 3 inches long of course it was curly as it takes after the poodle. I got a comb and showed her how matted the dog was. Now, in the middle of winter, this dog is shaved off to nothing. I told her to purchase a coat. Why don't people listen? :grrr::grrr:
