We adopted Kira about 3 weeks ago. She is a wonderful girl! Just one year old, full of puppiness, love and energy. She loves toys, loves Cora, and loves us. Cora tolerates her, and will someday love her. We adore them both!

Kira is a wonderful addition to our family... she's certainly livened up the place, that's for sure. And, she diligently helped me this week while I was putting together SCNC's next Newsletter. She's great at slamming her head on the keyboard, with a stuffie in her mouth. I am certain she thought I was working too hard and needed a break! She's a hoot.

Losing Sadie was extraordinarily difficult. It's interesting that now that we're back to having two dogs in the house, that Russell & I both still fell her absence.
