Joint Supplement Recommendations

Hello,
My male is 9 and in excellent health, but I've noticed that sometimes after lying down for a long time, he winces when trying to get on his feet. Any suggestions about joint supplements that have worked for your Newfies? Thank you!

Microlactin with msm and hyraulonic acid,hemp oil, get joint supplement for horses as exactly the same for dogs.

Microlactin worked well on one of my Newfs, she lived to be 14 3/4. I start puppies out on Glucosamine.

We use glucosamine and chondroitin with msm, from drs. foster and smith. Just recently started Sarah (black lab) on dasaquin, seems to be helping her.

Thank you everyone! So would you recommend the microlactin for the pain and then also another joint supplement that repairs cartilage or would something like Durolactin be enough to do both?

Try the microlactin first, it won't hurt to add a joint supplement on top

To piggy back on what Victoria1140 said...we use horse supplements too. We got a conversion chart from Springtime on their joint supplements so we can buy the horse quantity, higher strength and it's much cheaper for our big dogs!

Microlactin is the human version of duralactin. Some are having success with CBD oil now too
