Maggie is in pretty good shape, for the shape she's in. ;) Still a sassy brat, who tries to get away with more, and more, as she gets older. We do notice that when she rests her face on our dining table when we're eating, that she only does it by Chris or a guest, and never beside me. Nobody ever said she was stupid. LOL

Oh my goodness...Dexter who will be 12 ran like a horse to his dinner bowl tonight. This is the guy who I cried over thinking he was on his last breath several months ago. He is such a drama king and such an actor! He is just fine...loves the cooler weather now and goes for his mini walks everynight. He is such a love!

Gracie will be 13 yr in 11 days time and is doing so well. I marvel how lucky I am to have her. She tries hard to discipline Owain but he is too fast for her. She is never left alone with him yet.
She is still only on Microlactin, CoQ10, garlic pill, and Fish oil.
She does sleep a lot but is eager to go out when invited.

Hugo, who will be 13 in January, is standing at the door to my home office, begging for pumpkin. He hasn't lost his touch. LOL. He can make me do anything.

Nana is 12 and 1/2 and slowing down considerably but never wants to be left behind. Emma is coming op to her 10th Birthday and she is fine. Saturday we are bringing Jen's little Bearman to live with us, he will be 12 in January and quite healthy. We are just the senior citizens home

Chance is 14 and is doing very well. Has weakness in his rear but still gets around fine. He can climb up on the loveseat, tries to run, but will sink in the rear now and then if he's bumped. We keep him moving daily...slowly, but I think that helps.

Our "senior" will be 10 in January and is doing really really well. A few weeks ago she came with us for the beach dog walk (annual event with around 2000 dogs, 1500people on the beach) and did the 11.5km walk with no problems. She was happy to go and was actually more energetic the next day than usual :). Not a proper senior though, just an elderly Mrs. Capri :).

Not sure mine are technically seniors yet....Gabriel is eight. But he is having a particularly trying day today.
He has reached the point where he gets up from lying and acts like his leg is "asleep". He just can't get it under him and get his weight on it.
This morning he got up and staggered clear across the kitchen and crashed into the cabinets. All the time he was trying to get his left rear leg under him....And I have those rubber mats all over the kitchen floor for him.
It's not that he slips, I think he just can't feel the leg...
This used to happen only very occasionally, but it is much more frequent in the last few months.

8 year old Daria is doing well and sassy than ever. Oh and she loves her crack..... She has some orthopedic issues and some arthritis and I have her on Joint Strong. I call it crack because Daria gets crazy when she's on it because she feels so good. I ran out of it and didn't re-order right away. I could see her really starting to slow down. Her "crack" arrived yesterday. Immediately she's racing around like a fool with a naughty glint in her eyes and trying to get everyone to play with her. She also feels up to getting into trouble again and when I got home today, I saw the bottom kitchen cubbords had been opened and bakeware was strewn around the kitchen and living room. hmmmmmm perhaps crack really isn't good for dogs.........:neener::smashy::lol:

Eden Anne will be 11 years old in December and doing well. She has to get her bearings to take a flying leap onto the couch. Or, she will stand in front of the couch and wait for me to help get her back legs up. She is still naughty...eating anything paper if left around. And, anything plastic or rubber is still mighty tasty to her.
