How about a stupid customer story

I can think of no better way to welcome NN back than sharing my latest stupid customer story that just happened on Thursday.
We have bought another property since we are selling where we live now. On Friday we wanted to go over and mow the yard at the other house. We had 1 customer who I needed to ask to come in 1/2 hour earlier. So I called her Thursday evening and she said no problem. Then she dropped the stupid customer story on me.

She said "I was going to call you anyway. Lilly has stitches." I was surprised and asked her what happened thinking the dog had an accident. She proceeded to tell me that Lilly had surgery that day to remove a lump and has 15 stitches. She wanted to board a dog who had just surgery less than 24 hours before she was to bring the dog in!😲😲 I advised her I could not board a dog with stitches especially when the wound is still fresh. I could not be responsible for infection or if the dog tore out the stitches. I couldn't get her to understand what the problem was. She got mad and said if she new I wouldn't board a dog within 24 hours of surgery she would not have had it done. I told her she should have called.

So tell me. Would you have surgery for your dog and expect a boarding facility to board your dog less than 24 hours post surgery?🤔🤔

Idiot person! No way would normal people contemplate boarding a dog just after surgery. At least wait till the stitches are out and the wound healed.

I talked to her brother and he said she was crazy for doing that. He also said she got over being mad and just took the dog with her.
