Hello all! I am the VERY proud owner of my first Newfie, Khuno. We have wanted a Newf for years, and even picked up and moved to a new climate to be able to have one! He's a gorgeous, stubborn, loving, wild pain in the butt! :)

Khuno is also our first puppy, having only had rescues in the past. The training is taking some getting used to, so thank you all in advance for any advice in the forums!

Here is our 'little' guy! ;)

Great name for a great looking dog.....good luck with puppyhood - Tink was the hardest pup we have ever had but so worth it in the end :)

Thank you! 'Khuno' is actually the mythical Incan God of snowstorms- fitting for a fluffy winter-loving Newf, we thought! I'll keep updating on his terrible puppy phase but for now we're hoping it lets up soon!

Congratulations and welcome!! He is a very handsome boy! With regards to training, most Newfs are pretty food motivated and treats can be used as a big help!
