Hope you all have a great time with family and Newfs and that the weather doesn't deter all the celebrations down there.:icon_knuddel:

Thanks Angela. Tomorrow is just Frankie and me, but today was my LAST day of chemo, so I will be giving lots of thanks for days to come! Perfect timing, don't you think?

So happy that the chemo is ended and hope you continue to feel well. Pats to Frankie.

Jane, so happy to hear you've had your last chemo.

As usual I didn't get much of a holiday with all the boarding dogs. Next year will be the last Thanksgiving I work. We are retiring the end of next year.

On top of all the dogs to care for my step-mom passed away and her viewing is today and funeral tomorrow. She had breast cancer.

Oh Jeannie! I am deeply sorry for the loss of your mom. And at holiday time, too. I never get much of a holiday because I have only 3 family members left and all but one lives far away. But that's OK. I have my house decorated to the hilt. I love it and will spend quiet holidays admiring my decor. Wish I could leave it up all year.

So, I'm happy I"m off the chemo, but wish the side effects would go away quicker. Still very fatigued and can't eat. Am down to 154 from 204. I look good, feel crumby. Use to look crumby and feel really good. LOL. But we can't have everything all at once so happy to be here to celebrate, right? Right. It's all downstream from here. No more paddling just to stay afloat.

Happy and Blessed Holidays to all of you, no matter where you are, or how, or if you celebrate the Season.

On a brighter note. We will be retiring in one year! The countdown is on!!!
