Two years ago today my sister and I officially signed the adoption papers for our little Coulson boy. (Though we didn't get to bring him home until the following day. That was a long 24 hours!) And per birthday/Gotcha' day tradition that means donuts for everyone! 
The last two years have flown by and he has grown so much, particularly over the last year. And so have we!
He has gone from the scared, withdrawn, abused boy, to a far more confidant, affection seeking, playful boy. It has not been an easy road with him, but we wouldn't change it. And even though he is 8(ish) years old, he will always be our 'baby boy.' Happy gotcha' day, Coulson!
The first picture was Coulson's intake picture at the shelter. We thought at first he only had three legs because of the angle of the shot. The second is a few months later shortly after a bath. The last is a much more recent shot in one of his favorite spots.
