Food for healthy weight gain

We usually talk about weight loss but with everything going on, Maggie lost some weight. She was already down to 90lbs before that so vets orders are to gain 10lbs.

She has to have soft food for 3 more weeks. Basically anything "meatball consistency" or softer. I need something homemade and wheat free.

We have doubled the protein in her regular diet but I need a treat or something to supplement with that is high calorie.

Any ideas?

I saw that! I need to research if I can modify it to get rid of the wheat components. Wheat gives her ear infections....She can eat barley though.
