Difficult Groom

My 3rd newf sheds her coat as knots. Is there someone in the Mpls area who knows how to deal with this on a newfie?

One of mine has hair that tends to clump more but l do a daily five minute groom on her and l run my hands over them every day to make sure it's not matting.

Do you mean clumps of hair or matted hair.
One of mine no matter how much grooming he got would always matt at the slightest bit of moisture

I have one that matts easily. Try to keep the difficult areas trimmed short. Artero Matt X is good for Matts and tangles.
