Ok you can camp here at my place, but as I said there is no electric, sewer or water hook ups. Well I may be able to do one or two with water and electric.

Now you can camp at the fairgrounds. It is really nice. It is only 2 miles from my house. The cost is $15 per night includes sewer, water and electric. You can call the fairgrounds to reserve a spot. 1-800-736-3671. (Oh you CAN keep your pet with you there and they have availability--I asked just to be double sure)

OMG that is the weekend of the Annie Oakley festival. The fairgounds is rented to the Annie Oakley festival committee that weekend. But there will be plenty of space available for camping. They don't get that many campers. This is a county festival that commemorates (spelling?) Annie Oakley "miss sure shot" It is mostly a big swap meet of vendors selling lots of crafts and junk. Don't worry about not having space. I think the fairgrounds can hold about 200 campers. I will contact the man in charge and set things up with him. Maybe we can reserve an area just for us.

We usually take the newfs up there to walk around. They really draw the attention!! Wow imagine ALL our newfs if we went as a group!! That would make the local paper I am sure.

I'll get back to you with a phone number of who to contact and info as soon as I get it set up. The fairgounds secretary office cannot reserve space that weekend.

Wow, up here in Canada they tend to like to follow the horses (or dogs) around for their deposits
but I digress . . .

I think it would be VERY cool if we could get an 'area' for us all to camp at the fairgrounds and then to take them on a stroll thru the fairgrounds during the festival.
