Behavior problem

I am having a slight problem with Sam. I wonder if anyone else has this problem. If Gary and/or Sara is around when I am training or showing Sam, she won't take her eyes off them. At first I thought she was just protecting Sara, but now I think she is jealous that she is not getting all the attention from Gary and I. She just looses all brain function except having her eyes glued on Gary and/or Sara. I have tried everything I can think of to stop this behavior. Being unsuccessful, we have resorted to Gary and Sara not going to shows. Gary is very disappointed that he cannot watch Sam in her Novice A trial at the nationals. In fact, Sam and I are going to leave the hotel room and not see Gary or Sara till Sam is done showing. Any idea on how to solve this problem?

Jeannie, if you figure a way, please let us all know! Some Newfs just like to have their whole families together. Marty hid from our old Letty at a trial, but she still ran around the ring searching for him! She may just not like them being away from her "protection".
