I copied the "sticky" in the photo section. Here are step by step instructions: Courtesy of Annie

Hint: I always have two windows open when posting pictures. One is on Newf Net, the other is on Fototime
1. Upload your picture(s) onto your server of choice!
2. Once the picture has been sucessfully uploaded, click on it so it will open
3. Then, Right click on the picture, and a small menu will pop up. Click on properties, which is probably at the bottom of the menu.
4. You will see an address. That is your link to the picture. Starting with http, highlight the entire link.
5. Then, Right Click over the link, and click on copy.
6. Go back to Newf Net and click on "My Profile" which is near the top of the screen.
7. Click on "View/Update Profile"
8. You'll be taken to a page that shows your profile. Scroll about 1/2 way down until you see "Avatar Image". There is a link to the right that says "Select Different Avatar Image". Double click on this link.
9. A small window will open. You will see lots of Avatars that you can choose from. At the bottom you will see a "Use Custom URL" next to a field.
10. Paste your link from Foto Time into this field.
11. Click on the "Set URL"button
12. You should now see your pic in the upper left hand corner of the small window. Click on it to select it, and then click on the "Select this Avatar" button.
13. The small window will go away, and you will be back on your profile page. You should see your picture. Scroll down to the bottom of your profile page and click on the "Update Profile" button.
14. You should be all set. Your avatar will show up on all future posts.
