are any of our newfs related?

as i was reading through some of the postings abt where some of our dogs have originated from, i thought wouldn't it be exciting to find that some of our newfs are related. every time a meet another newf owner where i live (which has only occured 3-4x over three years) i am always interested to know where they got the dog from and if it looks to be even remotely close in age to otis, i am always eager to find out if this could be one of otis' litter mates. otis was born 11/4/99 at muddy creek kennels in new berlin, ny. his dad is sun valley best man of ch muddy creek & mom is serenade of muddy creek.his his grandparents were paternal: all american amity of ch pouch coves, sun valley tessa of ch muddy creek; maternal: bantry of amity's revered and annie's angel of muddy creek. just interested to know if otis has a long lost relative out there :) elyse and otis

My dogs are all related to yours- several generations back. Back in 1988 I bred one of our bitches to Ch Muddy Creek's Take a Gander. Gander is the brother of Muddy Creek's Amanda who produced PT (Miles' father). My present dogs are all great-grandkids or great-great grandkids of Gander.

I discovered that one of Rory's littermates' owners was on this site! It was pure coincidence, we have since met in person and the dogs were reunited.


I'm in Australia so mine won't be related to yours.
