Crazy customer: Lady called to inquire about boarding her dog next weekend. I told her I need to see the paperwork from her vet showing up to date vaccines and the vaccines cannot be given with 2 weeks of arrival. She informed me that she was a responsible pet owner and her pet has never been sick AND her pet has never had type of vaccines. She does not see why her dog needs vaccines to come to my facility. I politely told her when she get vaccines for her dog she can call me for boarding in the future. The dog is 4 years old. I'm thinking responsible? I bet her dog is not on heart worm medication either.
