ACL Rupture

Wondering if anyone has had experience with a more holistic approach to repairing an ruptured ACL without surgery? I've read a few responses but would love to hear more about this approach. A few of you have suggested this and I'm really intrigued. If I can avoid the expense, trauma and pain of putting Fig through surgery, I'd prefer that.
