Hello all, After lurking on this site for the past 4 years, I thought it was about time to make a post. Just shy, not creepy, promise. Please meet Bambi and Olive. They are under my desk at work trying not to trip me. We live in Mass. near the NH boarder. Between the 2 of them I have 4 TPLO's all done at Angell in Boston by Dr. Trout. They are my magic leg dynamic duo.:goofy:

You have my dream! We had a Berner who passed Christmas day 2014. We decided to switch it up and get a Newfie who just turned 1. One day I'd love to get another Berner, but I'm not sure if it will ever happen since my Newf is the most high maintenance dog ever! :)

We also have seen Dr. Trout at Angell for Jackson's elbow dysplasia. Never a dull moment with those giant breeds!

Thank you all. We previously had a berner named Betty who passed away just 1 week shy of her 7th birthday of the dreaded histiocytic sarcoma this breed unfortunately gets. It was brutal. I have always had a soft spot for newfies, hence Miss Olive. I did try to get away with buy 3 get one free for Olive's second TPLO but Dr. Trout was just not buying it. :goofy:

Welcome, I am also a huge fan of Berners. I met several of them at the Morris Essex dog show and fell in love. Bambi and Olive are lovely. I can wait to hear more about them and see more pics!
