I'm from SE of Boston--right now I live in Weymouth. What town are you in?

There are a lot of newfie owners nearby, though not many are on newf.net. There is a newf.netter down the street from me who I see occasionally. A newf also lives across the street from us, but the owners don't frequent newf.net

We tend to go to the same several parks (Stoddard's Neck and Bare Cove, which are boht in Hingham) and there are many newf owners there. I'd guess that we probably know a dozen newfs or so from those parks? One woman who goes to Stoddard's Neck on Sunday mornings owns 4 newfies, she's famous in our area, haha. You should swing by sometime, Stoddard's Neck is on the ocean, so it's a great place to go with your newf during the summer when it's too hot to do anything but swim!

I'm from Medfield, MA. I run the Medfield Animal Shelter, and both my pups (Newf and Saint Bernard) are adopted from shelter.

Nix the question about putting the picture in the Avatar column - I figured it out.

On the member list, there are pictures in the far right column. How do I put a picture there?

Can someone please tell me what puppy underneath your user name means? And can it be changed? Thanks.

You can resize your pictures in Paint. When you do this, make sure to use the Save As and rename them, otherwise you will lose the original photo sizes.

When resizing, do 50 x 50 - this usually works.
